Free Local Delivery: Available for addresses within a 15-mile radius of South Shields for orders over £19. Use code FREELOCAL at checkout.

Important: The FREELOCAL code is valid only for addresses within 15 miles of South Shields. If used for addresses outside this area, a separate payment link will be sent to cover the delivery cost. Orders will not be dispatched until this payment is received.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Age Verification

In compliance with UK law, wine can only be sold to individuals aged 18 or over. Age verification will be required upon delivery. Please ensure you have valid photo ID ready to present to the delivery driver.

We currently deliver only to addresses within the UK only. If you’re unsure about your eligibility for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Deliveries may fail if:

The recipient cannot provide valid ID upon delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete address details are provided at checkout.

In such cases:

The order will be returned to us.

You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or request a refund (note: delivery fees are non-refundable).
